Five players a day were released on air on Head to Head with Matt Wyatt and Richard Cross starting last Monday afternoon as they worked backwards from 25 to 1. Today we look at number-2 Jeffery Simmons of Noxubee County

Noxubee County senior defensive end Jeffery Simmons is the nation’s No. 85 overall prospect according to 247Sports. The 6’4, 270-pound athlete is also the nation’s No. 6 defensive end prospect and Mississippi’s No. 3 recruit. Simmons piled up 107 tackles with 15.5 sacks last season. He also showed his overall athleticism with six receiving touchdowns as a tight end.
