Clinton senior quarterback Caleb Miller (5’11, 180) was 8-14 for 113 yards while rushing for 73 yards on 13 carries in a 24-21 win over previous No. 3 South Panola. He threw two touchdowns.

D’Iberville senior running back Justin Walley (5’10, 160) needed 14 carries to rush for 249 yards and two touchdowns in a big 27-24 win over Ocean Springs.

George County senior athlete M. J. Daniels (6’3, 200) had one of the state’s best overall games Friday with a passing touchdowns, an interception return touchdown, and also a punt return touchdown in a 28-10 win over Brandon.
