OFFENSE

Quarterback, Zach Beasley / MRA
MRA senior quarterback Zach Beasley (6’3, 210) completed 13-21 passes for 218 yards and three touchdowns in a 42-14 win over Hartfield. . 

All-Purpose, Caleb Parten / Northwest Rankin
Northwest Rankin senior quarterback Caleb Parten (6’, 170) completed 12-21 passes for 264 yards and two touchdowns in a 52-27 win over George County. 

Running Back, Cam Marion / Northwest Rankin
Northwest Rankin junior running back Cam Marion (6’, 195) finished with 31 rushes for 219 yards and three touchdowns in a 52-27 win over George County.

Wide Receiver, Deion Smith / Jackson Academy
Jackson Academy senior wide receiver Deion Smith (6’3, 185) caught four passes for 115 yards and two touchdowns in a 42-7 win over East Rankin Academy.

 

DEFENSE

Defensive Line, J. T. Thigpen / Jackson Academy
Jackson Academy junior defensive lineman J. T. Thigpen (5’10, 200) had a game-high seven tackles with three tackles for loss and a sack in a 42-7 win over East Rankin Academy. He also forced two fumbles.

Linebacker, John Lewis / Germantown
Germantown senior linebacker John Lewis (6’4, 225) registered nine tackles and two sacks with a pair of hurries in a 19-16 loss to South Panola.

Defensive Back, Tevin Bell / Warren Central
Warren Central senior cornerback Tevin Bell (5’10, 150) had two interceptions and two passes defended in an 8-0 win over Madison Central. 

 

SPECIAL TEAMS

Kicker, Trey Hebert / St. Andrew’s
St. Andrews senior athlete Trey Hebert (5’11, 175) hit a 40-yard field goal, made his only extra point attempt and also managed to complete 17-26 passes for 152 yards in a 42-10 loss to Velma Jackson.
