Northwest Rankin senior running back P. J. Lindsey (5’10, 170) rushed 40 times for 225 yards and three touchdowns to life the Cougars to a 35-25 win over Terry.

Wide Receiver, Deion Smith / Provine
Provine junior running back Deion Smith (6’4, 180) hauled in five receptions for 117 yards and three touchdowns to help the Rams to a 26-23 win over Callaway.

Holmes County Central junior defensive end Jeramiah Wiliams (6’2, 260) had nine total tackles with four sacks in a 49-20 win over Canton.

Linebacker, Fred Harris / Brandon
Brandon senior linebacker Fred Harris (5’11, 200) had a game-high 14 tackles including four tackles for loss, a sack and a pass defended in the Bulldogs’ 29-26 win over George County.

Defensive Back, Riley Maddox / Jackson Prep
Jackson Prep junior defensive back Riley Maddox (6’2, 195) picked off a pair of passes and defended another in the Patriots’ 28-17 win over Jackson Academy.
