Pelahatchie running back Ahmad Johnson ran for 424 yards and five touchdowns on 24 carries in a 49-37 win over Jackson Academy. Johnson also had a 16-yard touchdown pass.

Brandon senior wide receiver Ashton Nickelberry (5’11, 170) hauled in four touchdown passes in a 49-21 win over Terry. He caught eight total passes for 113 yards.
Defensive Line, Bradeon Mabry / Jackson Prep
Jackson Prep defensive end / linebacker Bradeon Mabry (6’, 190) had ten tackles including 2.5 tackles for loss and a sack in Jackson Prep’s 28-0 win over Taylorsville. Mabry also kicked off five times with two touchbacks, had two rushes for 17 yards and a reception.

Northwest Rankin linebacker Taylor Hunt had nine tackles, 3.5 tackles for loss and caused a fumble in a 44-8 win over Meridian.
