Senior quarterback Will Simon completed 21-37 passes for 443 yards with four touchdowns to lead Sumrall to a 49-3 win over Pass Christian.
QB, Michael Roberson, Sr, Pearl
Senior quarterback Michael Roberson completed 16-30 passes for 258 yards and a pair of touchdowns to lead Pearl to a 13-10 upset win against West Jones.
AP, Malik Dear, So, Murrah
Sophomore athlete Malik Dear rushed five times for 202 yards and three touchdowns, and caught a pair of passes for 38 yards and another score in Murrah’s 57-42 win over Vicksburg.
RB, Ashton Shumpert, Sr, Itawamba AHS
Senior running back Ashton Shumpert rushed 33 times for 301 yards including five touchdowns in a 35-13 win over Amory. Shumpert also caught four passes for 67 yards.
RB, Josh Davis, So, Quitman
Sophomore running back Josh Davis rushed 20 times for 250 yards and a touchdown in a 55-21 win over Northeast Jones.
RB, Darrell Robinson, Sr, Noxubee County
Senior running back Darrell Robinson rushed 39 times for 326 yards and six touchdowns as Noxubee County beat Louisville 41-28.
WR, Kameron Myers, Sr, Charleston
Senior wide receiver Kameron Myers had 11 carries for 195 yards and four touchdowns, and returned a kickoff 95 yards for a score in a 52-17 win over Winona.
WR, Julius Craft, Sr, Mendenhall
Senior wide receiver Julius Craft caught six passes for 154 yards and a touchdown in a 52-7 win over Florence.
WR, Michael Gordon, Sr, MRA
Senior wideout Michael Gordon caught nine passes for 163 yards and a touchdown in MRA’s 44-20 win over Lee Academy. Gordon had 221 all-purpose yards.
The Arrow offensive line helped Clinton rush for 302 yards on 52 carries with five touchdowns in a 41-40 double overtime victory against Warren Central. Two Arrows topped the 100-yard rushing mark.
DL, Josh Brown, Sr, Laurel
Senior defensive lineman Josh Brown had seven tackles and a sack in Laurel’s 38-35 win over Northeast Lauderdale.
DL, Lane Fazende, Sr, Pearl River Central
Senior defensive end Lane Fazende racked up three sacks to go with eight tackles in Pearl River Central’s 52-6 win over Moss Point.
DE, Keontra Anderson, Jr, Canton
Junior defensive end Keontra Anderson had seven sacks and a safety in Canton’s 14-8 win over Callaway.
DE, Romario Cobb, Sr, Ocean Springs
Senior defensive end Romario Cobb had a team high 16 tackles and a sack in Ocean Springs’ 30-23 win over St. Martin.
LB, Quinterrio Bailey, Sr, Water Valley
Senior linebacker Quinterrio Bailey finished with 22 tackles, including three tackles for loss, in Water Valley’s 20-13 loss to Aberdeen. Bailey also had a sack, forced a fumble and recovered a fumble.
LB, Demetrius Cain, Sr, Hazlehurst
Senior linebacker Demetrius Cain had nine tackles and a pair of sacks in Hazlehurst 30-17 win over Jefferson County. Cain also rushed for 119 yards on 11 carries and had a 33-yard touchdown reception.
LB, Brett Burgess, Sr, Madison St. Joseph
Senior linebacker Brett Burgess racked up 11 tackles and forced two fumbles in a 27-0 win over Wesson. Burgess also rushed for 155 yards and three touchdowns.
LB, Forrest Harvey, Jr, Petal
Junior linebacker Forrest Harvey had a team high ten tackles in Petal’s 23-21 win over Meridian.
DB, Aaron McAlexander, Sr, Marshall Academy
Senior defensive back Aaron McAlexander picked off three passes to help Marshall Academy to a 27-6 win over Pillow Academy. McAlexander also caught eight passes for 156 yards and a pair of scores.
DB, Dashawn Lindsay, Jr, South Panola
Junior defensive back DaShawn Lindsay picked off a pass, recovered a fumble and had a team high seven tackles in South Panola’s 35-33 win over Southaven.
DB, Elijah Parker, Sr, Brandon
Senior athlete Elijah Parker totaled nine tackles and had a sack in Brandon’s 27-20 win over Oak Grove.
DB, Donovan Croom, Sr, Hattiesburg
Senior Evan Osborne had a team high 14 tackles in Pearl’s 13-10 upset win against West Jones.
P, Matthew Turcotte, Jr, Neshoba Central
Junior punter Matthew Turcotte punted five times in a 22-19 loss to Ridgeland, averaging over 43 yards per punt with two punts inside the 20.
PK, Reece Everett, Sr, Clinton
Senior placekicker Reece Everett was 2-2 on field goals and hit all five extra point attempts to help Clinton to a 41-40 double overtime victory over Warren Central
