Tyler Allen passed for 342 yards and five touchdowns to lift St. Stanislaus to a 50-32 win over Durham (LA). St. Stanislaus improved to 3-0 after a winless 2012 season.
QB, Devin Voorhies, Wilkinson County
Devin Voorhies totaled 244 yards rushing and passing with three touchdowns in Wilkinson County’s 38-0 win over Amite County.
AP, Aeris Williams, West Point
Aeris Williams carried the ball 23 times for 246 yards and a couple of touchdowns West Point’s 55-33 win over Starkville.
RB, Darrell Henderson, South Panola
Darrell Henderson rushed for 260 yards and four touchdowns on 24 carries as South Panola beat Meridian 34-14.
RB, Fate Eiland, Presbyterian Christian
Fate Eiland rushed for 245 yards on 29 carries and scored a 53-yard touchdown in Presbyterian Christian’s 20-17 win over Oak Forest.
RB, Jordan Wright, Pearl
Jordan Wright ran 36 times for 178 yards and three touchdowns as Pearl beat Northwest Rankin 21-6.
WR, Keenan Barnes, Madison Central
Keenan Barnes hauled in ten passes for 157 yards as Madison Central picked up a 28-27 overtime win over West Monroe (LA).
WR, Tyler Sullivan, Tri-County
Tyler Sullivan had a pair of catches for 128 yards and two touchdowns in Tri-County’s 33-20 win over Oak Hill Academy. He had a long reception of 90 yards.
WR, Dennis Rogers, Bogue Chitto
Dennis Rogers caught four passes for 152 yards in Bogue Chitto’s 51-48 win over Cathedral. Rogers also had a pair of interceptions, including one returned for 60 yards for a touchdown.
WR, Jardarius Anderson, Cathedral
Jardarius Anderson caught ten passes for 198 yards and a touchdown in Cathedral’s 51-48 loss to Bogue Chitto.
OL, St. Martin
The St. Martin offensive line has helped the YellowJackets to an early turnaround this season with a perfect 3-0 record. Last week, the o-line helped St. Martin roll up 548 yards of total offense including 363 yards rushing on 39 carries in a 42-7 win over Vancleave.
DL, Trey Brown, Choctaw County
Trey Brown had seven total tackles, two sacks and three tackles for loss in Choctaw County’s 31-21 loss to North Pontotoc.
DL, K. C. Lucious, Jackson Academy
K. C. Lucious had 1.5 sacks for a loss of ten yards and another five tackles in JA’s 35-0 win over Magnolia Heights.
DE, Jeremiah Jackson, Velma Jackson
Jeremiah Jackson had eight total tackles and blocked two punts in Velma Jackson’s 30-2 win over Yazoo County.
DE, Darren Toles, Lafayette
Darren Toles picked up 15 total tackles including five sacks in Lafayette’s 21-6 win over DeSoto Central.
LB, Jeremy Sangster, Louisville
Jeremy Sangster had six total tackles with four sacks and six tackles for loss in Louisville’s 28-7 win over Noxubee County. He also had an interception and fumble recovery.
LB, Juwan Hayes-Keyes, Taylorsville
Juwan Hayes-Keyes had a team high 12 tackles in Taylorsville’s 26-0 shutout win over Madison-Ridgeland Academy.
LB, Jamal Lydie, St. Martin
Jamal Lydie collected 17 total tackles and a pair of tackles for loss in St. Martin’s 42-7 win over Vancleave.
LB, James Hinton, Bassfield
James Hinton had seven tackles and three sacks in Bassfield’s 58-6 win over Prentiss.
DB, Dashawn Lindsay
Dashawn Lindsay had four tackles, one tackle for loss and three passes defended in South Panola’s 34-14 win over Meridian.
DB, Jamoral Graham, Newton County
Jamoral Graham had eight tackles, an interception and two passes defended in Newton County’s 33-21 win oover Kosciusko. Graham also rushed for 82 yards on 11 carries.
DB, Kelvin Smith, Murrah
Kelvin Smith had three interceptions and nine total tackles in Murrah’s 53-6 win over Jim Hill.
DB, Titus Washington, Yazoo City
Titus Washington had an interception, two sacks and ten total tackles in Yazoo City’s 24-14 win over Canton.
P, Austin Riley, DeSoto Central
Austin Riley punted four times in DeSoto Central’s 21-6 loss to Lafayette, averaging 44.3 yards per punt with two downed inside the 20 yard line.
