National Guard High School Team Of The Week – Week 10

The Week 10 National Guard Team Of The Week features 339 yards of total offense from Warren Central quarterback Jesse Wilson in a win over previous No.1  Clinton, and big performances from a pair of major college recruits in Columbus running back Kylin Hill and Starkville linebacker Willie Gay.

OFFENSE

Quarterback, Eric Clark, Kemper County
Kemper County quarterback Eric Clark completed 15-21 passes for 303 yards with four touchdowns, and added another 102 rushing yards on 14 carries to lead the top-ranked “Little 10” team to a 40-26 win over Forest.

All-Purpose, Jesse Wilson, Warren Central
Warren Central quarterback Jesse Wilson completed 8-17 passes for 171 yards and added 168 rushing yards on 17 carries with two rushing touchdowns to lead the Vikings to a 50-32 win over previous No. 1 Clinton.

Running Back, Kylin Hill, Columbus
Columbus running back Kylin Hill rushed 21 times for 220 yards and two touchdowns to lead the Falcons to a 48-35 win over Olive Branch.

Wide Receiver, Brandon Smith, Lake Cormorant
Lake Cormorant wide receiver Brandon Smith hauled in eight receptions for 290 yards and scored five touchdowns to lead his team to a 43-21 win over Center Hill.
