QB, David Herrington, Magnolia Heights
Magnolia Heights quarterback David Herrington finished with 344 yards of total offense and four touchdowns in a 40-26 upset victory of Jackson Academy.

QB, Gardner Minshew, Brandon
Brandon senior quarterback Gardner Minshew totaled 291 yards of offense and two touchdowns in a 21-14 victory over Clinton.                              

AP, Trey Smith, Madison Central
Madison Central quarterback Trey Smith rushed for 172 yards and accounted for three scores in the Jaguars’ 33-21 win over West Monroe. He passed for 68 yards and a touchdown.

RB, Brenton Spann, New Hope
New Hope running back Brenton Spann rushed 32 times for 255 yards and scored a couple of touchdowns in the Trojans’ 35-24 win over Columbus.                                                   

RB, Darrell Henderson, South Panola
South Panola senior running back Darrell Henderson rushed 20 times for 185 yards and four scores in a 42-13 blowout over Meridian.

RB, Ladarius Galloway, Gentry
Gentry running back Ladarius Galloway rushed 18 times for a statewide high of 308 yards and five touchdowns in a 36-22 win over Ruleville.

WR, A. J. Brown, Starkville
Starkville wide receiver A. J. Brown caught four passes for 195 yards and four touchdowns in a 34-3 win over West Point.                                                                                                   

WR, Tyrquie Armstrong, Bruce
Bruce wide receiver Tyrquie Armstrong caught six passes for 127 yards and two touchdowns in a 36-13 loss to Coffeeville.                                                     

WR, Devonta’ Jones, Morton
Morton wide receiver Devonta’ Jones hauled in five receptions for 164 yards and two touchdowns in Morton’s 40-35 win over Magee.

OL, South Panola
The South Panola offensive line paved the way for Tiger runners to rush for 286 yards and four touchdowns on just 41 carries. They also allowed quarterback Tyler Pogue to pass for 126 yards. Darrell Henderson ran for 185 yards and Oluwain Hoskins finished with 107 yards on 11 carries.
